ThinkTac 90 Day Limited Warranty

ThinkTac located at #16, 11th Main, 13th Cross, Malleswaram, Bangalore 560003 (“ThinkTac”) extends this limited warranty only to the original purchaser of the product warranted under this warranty (the original purchaser and each such owner, “you” or “your”).


This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of your ThinkTac product (the “product”) for the Warranty Period defined below.


his limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by: (1) transportation or storage of the product; (2) improper use of the product; (3) failure to follow the product instructions; (4) modifications to the product, except as authorized in writing by ThinkTac; (5) unauthorized repair of the product; (6) normal wear and tear; or (7) external causes such as accidents, abuse, unusual physical or electrical stress, or other actions or events beyond ThinkTac’ reasonable control. This limited warranty also does not cover disposable items, or parts or components of the product that are inherently subject to deterioration during the normal operation of the product, such as batteries, glue dots, stickers, and project templates.

This limited warranty only covers products purchased from ThinkTac or sellers authorized by ThinkTac, and this limited warranty does not extend to products purchased from unauthorized sellers. You may obtain a current list of authorized ThinkTac sellers by emailing ThinkTac Support at


This limited warranty starts on the date the product is delivered to the original purchaser and lasts for 90 days (that 90-day period, the “Warranty Period”). The Warranty Period is not extended if ThinkTac repairs the product, but if ThinkTac replaces the product a new Warranty Period will apply to that replaced product starting on the date the replaced product is delivered to you. ThinkTac may change the availability of this limited warranty at ThinkTac’ discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.


With respect to any defective product for which ThinkTac has been notified of the defect during the Warranty Period, ThinkTac will, at ThinkTac’ discretion, either (1) repair or replace that product (or the defective part) free of charge or (2) refund the purchase price of that product. ThinkTac will also pay for shipping and handling fees to return the repaired or replacement product to you if ThinkTac elects to repair or replace the defective product.

The remedies describe above are ThinkTac’ entire liability and your sole remedy for breaches of this limited warranty. ThinkTac limits to the duration of this limited warranty the duration of (and available remedies for) all implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our entire liability for all claims in the aggregate arising out of your purchase or use of the product will not exceed the amount of any actual direct damages up to the greater of Rs. 5,000 or the charges (if recurring, up to a maximum of 12 months’ charges) actually paid by you for the product, regardless of the basis of the claim and regardless of whether any remedy provided by ThinkTac fails of its essential purpose. ThinkTac will not be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or savings), even if ThinkTac is informed of their possibility.


To obtain warranty service, you must email Think Support at before the end of the Warranty Period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number and a prepaid return shipping label. No warranty service will be provided without an RMA number. You are responsible for printing out and affixing the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your return shipment, and your return shipment must be postmarked no later than ten days after the last day of the Warranty Period.
